The Voice Logging System employs highly effective Digital Signal Processing technologies with Web Based User Interface and Local Monitoring via LAN 24 hours per day. The system can function on multiple lines and every line can effectively function as a single system. The system can set multiple user rights and query options. Audio recording is clear with no interference or disruptions. The program monitor is a Web Interface designed for easy use and simplicity with functions suitable for all business sizes from small businesses to large enterprises requiring auditing and modification of employee service provision quality for inbound and outbound calls. The system supports functions with normal telephone systems including PABX and in-house phones.

- Able to set the system to warn the system administrator in cases where data storage space in hard disks is nearly full.
- Supports announcements of requests for permission before/during automatic audio recordings (Thai & Eng language).
- Able to set terms for recordings on multiple levels, such as recording at certain times or on certain lines without recording everything.
- Able to set multiple levels of user rights by logins through usernames and passwords for security, e.g. setting system users by level of Admin, User, Power User, and Guest, etc.
- Able to allow multiple users to login and use the program or listen to the desired audio files at the same time.
- Multiple users are able to login and edit/delete/set various values at the same time.
- Able to set the following query options for searching audio data:
o By Extension No.
o By type of telephone use, incoming calls/outgoing calls.
o By time (year-month-day-time).
o By Caller ID.
o By DTMF Key.
o By length of conversation.
- Able to set audio levels in recording to control and create sound balance between caller and receiver.
- Able to set the system to automatically create file names/index of recorded audio files for convenience in audits and searches.
- Able to select program monitors to display data by desired numbers such as 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 items.
- Able to open recorded audio files and immediately “Save As” via the program monitor.
- Able to view statistical reports by extension number.
- Able to view statistical reports by time (User-defined Range).
- Able to view statistical reports by time unit (Statistics Unit) such as year, month, week, day.
- Able to recall statistical reports in the form of both charts and tables.
- Able to automatically select type of data backups by CD and DVD.
